From my little kitchen: Peanut Butter Chocolate Chips Cookies

Happy Saturday y'all! It's feeling like Fall here, and I'm actually really liking it :o)
While I've been in a reading workshop for the past two days my sweet mom has subbed for me. I knew she'd be exhausted by the end of Friday (I have a much more challenging class than last year) so I invited my parents over for supper last night to give my mom a lil break from cooking. We had spaghetti and meatballs, veggies, bread (thanks to my parents) and for dessert, coffee and cookies.

The fewer the ingredients in a recipe, the happier I am.

Peanut Butter Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup chocolate chips.

Directions
Mix al the ingredients together, roll into balls, and bake on an ungreased cookie sheet 12minutes at 350 degrees.

Seriously, what more could you want?
