From my little kitchen: Cake Mix Snickerdoodles

Saturday! Even though I'm off every day now, Saturday still holds something special to me. I guess it's ingrained in our minds as Americans that Saturdays are that one day of the week where you truly sleep late, work on projects, do fun stuff, and don't have to work. Unfortunately, in retail that's not the case (although even when I worked in retail Saturdays still excited me) so Brandon will be working today. All day. I figured I'd go visit him again and a visit to his work calls for some baking.

Cake Mix Snickerdoodles

Ingredients
Butter Pecan Cake mix
2 eggs
1/2 cupe vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
cinnamon
sugar
brown sugar

Directions
Preheat over to 350degrees. Mix first four ingredients to form a thick batter. Roll cookie dough into balls and roll each ball in an equal part mixture of cinnamon, sugar, and brown sugar. Place on greased cookie sheet and bake 8-10 minutes. Allow cookies to cool 5 minutes on cookie sheet before placing on wire wrack.
