Flowers

   It's so cold! It's been a rainy, cold, winter-like day and now that I'm home I still can't get warm. My husband and I have yet to use the heat since we moved into our apartment a few months ago. Our goal is to go without it for as long as possible and use it as little as possible to save money. It's going to be a loooong winter.
   I turned in my application to sell jewelry at a local craft far in December so I've been toiling away on beaded creations for a while. Nothing is perfect and done yet though so I can't show it on here. I wanted to share something with y'all though and I was so excited when I came across these flowers on happy together.

  Aren't they delightful? I've tried making paper flowers in the past and I even had a little paper flower kit as a little girl but my flowers never looked anything like this. Perhaps I should take a break from all the jewelry and craft some flora for our little home.....
